Get an individualised program to suit your specific needs.  Individual advice and training given on posture, weight loss, core stability, strength training, toning, flexibility and aerobic fitness.  If stress is a problem for you then you can do some work on learning to unwind and relaxation. You can do this one-on-one or in a group of up to 4 people. We can come to your home or train outdoors.

Receive daily contact with your trainer either by email or telephone to keep you on track and motivate you to achieve your goals.

1 person/1hr $80
2 people/1hr $42 each
3 people/1hr $30 each
4 people/1hr $25 each

 

Buy 10 tickets & pre-book 10 sessions to receive a 10% discount (1 free session).  Pre-paying is recommended as it keeps you motivated to attend all sessions and continue your fitness regime without interruption. A routine is essential for any fitness program.

Travel time may be payable if our trainers have to travel long distances (more than 10 km each way).
